Delivering your order

DELIVERY

UK mainland delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £1000; for orders under £1000 we charge £15.  Small items will usually be delivered by DPD next day or Parcelforce within 3 days.

However if you live a long way away from Gloucestershire, for example Cornwall, North Wales, North Yorkshire or Scotland, and order an item that is too large to ship by DPD or Parcelforce, then we use couriers for delivery. The cost is a minimum £95.00 +VAT and we will contact you first to confirm that you are content to bear the cost.

Collection
If you would prefer to collect from us in Ewen (GL7 6BT), please quote the discount code COLLECTION at checkout to remove the shipping charges. Visitors are welcome by prior appointment only please.

UK islands delivery
Parcelforce & DPD charge higher fees to deliver to remote areas. We therefore charge a minimum £95.00 +VAT to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Highlands & Islands. If you are ordering large products, such as an obelisk, arch or large 3-ring herbaceous support, please email us first for a shipping quote.

Overseas delivery
We ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia. For all overseas enquiries, please email us first so we can obtain precise delivery costs before you place your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Want to return something? 
We hope that you are delighted with your order. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please let us know and we’ll find the right solution. We will either replace it, arrange for its collection and replacement or issue you a full refund.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

If you simply change your mind and decide to cancel your order, we will refund you in full if it has not already been despatched, or refund you in full less the delivery charge if you return it by DPD or Parcelforce or less a £25 delivery and a £25 collection charge if it is a large item that we have delivered and need to collect.

If your order is within the ULEZ zone in London and you change your mind, and only if we have to collect the item(s) you have decided to return, we will also deduct the Congestion Charge and ULEZ fee due on the collection from your refund.

Guarantee
All our products are handmade in the Cotsowlds using high-quality materials and are designed to last a lifetime. Our traditional manufacturing techniques may result in small differences in product size. If you’re unhappy with your item in any way, we will refund you in full.
